My Hub

From the My Hub tab, you can:

  • View and search for projects and conversations in a workspace.

  • View in-progress and completed app runs.

  • Connect workspace drives.

  • As a commercial user, view all shared workspaces of which you’re a member.

Shared workspaces Commercial

A shared workspace is a workspace that multiple members of an organization can access. While every organization member has a personal workspace, shared workspaces are ideal for sharing access to resources within a workspace and collaborating on projects. All members of a shared workspace can:

  • Access the input files stored on drives connected to that workspace when running an app.

  • View all app run results for apps run within the workspace.

  • Open and edit any Build projects created in the workspace.

  • Move projects in the workspace to another workspace to which they have access.

You can view both your personal workspace and any shared workspaces of which you’re a member from the My Hub tab. To change between workspaces, select the workspace in the side menu.

Projects and conversations

Info

The Conversations section displays only in your personal workspace. Shared conversations are not supported in shared workspaces.

From My Hub, you can see and search for all projects or conversations in a workspace. You can also create a project or conversation within a workspace by clicking the + icon next to the Projects or Conversations header.

Tip

You can find your custom apps and AI Hub apps on the Apps tab.

By default, only your most recently created projects and conversations appear. To see all projects or conversations in the workspace, click Show more. You can also use the search bar to search for a specific project or conversation.

Moving projects Commercial

You can move projects from one workspace to another workspace. Moving a project to another workspace is not the same as making a copy of the project in another workspace. The entire Build project is moved to the new workspace and only members of the new workspace can access and edit the project.

To move a project to another workspace:

  1. From the My Hub tab, select the workspace where the project currently exists.

  2. Under Projects, locate the project’s card and click the three-dot icon.

  3. Select Move to another workspace.

  4. Select a workspace to which to move the project.

  5. Click Move.

App runs

The App runs table displays in-progress and completed app runs in the workspace. By default, only the most recent app runs in the workspace display in the App runs table. Click Show more to view all app runs in the workspace.

Info

The output of any app run is stored in the workspace in which the app was run. If you want to share the results of an app run with someone who doesn’t have access to the workspace in which the app was run, you can share the results as a .csv or .xlxsx file.

Tip

To open a specific app run’s results, click its run ID.

Drives

From the Drives section you can view external storage connected to your workspace and connect new workspace drives. For more information, see the Connect drives documentation.
