Usage and billing

Manage your usage and billing from the Settings page.

Usage

AI Hub usage is based on consumption units. Consumption rates vary by service, as described in the pricing policy. From the Usage tab of the Settings page, you can review your account or organization’s usage.

For community accounts, usage is displayed as a usage history table that provides information about all consumption unit usage events. You can search, filter, and sort your account’s usage history as needed.

For commercial organizations, usage is displayed as a usage summary chart that can be grouped at the day, week, month, or billing cycle level and filtered using date ranges. You can also view detailed usage activity for specific days. Organization usage is visible to organization admins only.

Tip

Community users can export their usage history table as a CSV file by clicking the Download icon next to the usage history search bar.

Billing

From the Subscription & Billing tab of the Settings page, you can manage your AI Hub plan and view a billing history for your account or organization.

Note

The Subscription & Billing tab is visible only for community users and for commercial organization admins.

The Billing history table on this tab provides information about all billing events tied to your account or organization. You can search and filter your billing history as needed.

Manage invoices Commercial

For commercial organizations on a subscription plan, organization admins can view and pay invoices from the Subscription & Billing tab.

To pay an invoice:

  1. In the top nav bar, click the user icon and select Settings.

  2. Click the Subscription & Billing tab.

  3. Locate the invoice in the Billing History table. Unpaid invoices have a status of Pending.

  4. Click the invoice number to open a Stripe checkout page and complete payment.

To download an invoice or receipt:

  1. In the top nav bar, click the user icon and select Settings.

  2. Click the Subscription & Billing tab.

  3. Locate the invoice in the Billing History table.

  4. Click the invoice number to open a Stripe invoice details page. From there, you can download your invoice or receipt.

Buy consumption units Community

For community accounts on a pay-as-you-go plan, you can add consumption units to your account at any time.

To add consumption units to your account:

  1. In the top nav bar, click the user icon and select Settings.

  2. Click the Subscription & Billing tab.

  3. Click Buy units.

  4. In the Units to buy field, enter the number of consumption units to buy. The minimum is 1000.

  5. Click Proceed to payment details. You’re redirected to a Stripe checkout page to complete payment.

Tip

Community users can export their billing history as a CSV file by clicking the Download icon next to the billing history search bar.
