About Junie Why did you join Instabase? Please tell us about your main responsibilities and what the position will entail.

We’re thrilled to welcome Junie Dinda, a veteran at building and scaling global marketing organizations through their foundational growth years. In this spotlight, we’ll highlight Junie’s background, journey to Instabase, and the opportunities that she sees for Marketing at Instabase.

Junie brings over 20 years of experience leading marketing teams through periods of hypergrowth and building marketing foundations focused on scale and revenue growth. Junie joins Instabase from Secure Code Warrior, where she was Chief Marketing and Operating Officer. Prior to this, Junie spent seven years at Atlassian, where she was responsible for the Jira Portfolio of products in its early product-led growth chapter and through its IPO; she later built and scaled the company’s enterprise business go to market motions as VP of Marketing. Junie holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Cornell University.

My interest has always been working for companies that are building technology to make teams and businesses more productive, either through solving collaboration challenges or automating and streamlining heavy processes and workflows. I could immediately see the value that Instabase brings to organizations as a content activation platform where anyone can build applications that unlock productivity through connecting, analyzing, and activating content. I have seen this as a challenge throughout my career, starting with my first college internship with State Farm Insurance, where I was a claims processor and became acquainted with what I now know to be structured and unstructured data that came with insurance claims, that were reviewed, entered, processed and verified by humans. We have come a long way since then, and with AI Hub, Instabase has taken this to the next level, enabling organizations to build applications on its platform to drive operational and individual productivity.

Amplifying Our Story: We have an incredible product story that deserves to be heard – we offer something unique to the market and are at the forefront of product innovation in this ever-changing arena. We have strong customer advocates with a connection to our product and brand, and I want to make sure that all of our customers, prospects, and partners connect with our story as well. AI Hub is truly transforming the way that organizations are unlocking the business value of AI in multiple ways, and I’ll be working closely with our teams to craft and share our narrative to the market.

Scaling Our Go-to-Market: Building on my experience with product-led and enterprise growth, we’ll be developing multi-channel strategies while expanding our enterprise presence. Instabase has an offering that empowers companies from the Fortune 500 to 50,000 to activate their content and derive business value through our platform.

Building a World-Class Team: Great marketing requires diverse perspectives and skills. I’m excited to grow and mentor a team that combines creativity, analytical rigor, and deep technical understanding. Some of the most rewarding highlights in my career have been finding opportunities for team members to explore new ways to build their skillsets, often leading to a demand generation manager to become a product marketing manager, or vice versa — A scale-up environment like Instabase presents these opportunities, and I am always looking for customer-centric and curious marketers to join the team. I am actively hiring, so check out these roles below!
