Metrics are tracked at the project, class, and field level, including a variety of measures for extraction and classification such as:

The report makes it easy to view metrics across test samples, but also compare the exact values extracted with the ground truth, so you can confirm the differences yourself. Managing human review tasks is now easier and more efficient. With the latest update, you can configure review and escalation queues within deployments. This means you can designate specific teams or groups of users to handle human review tasks, allowing documents to be assigned either manually or round-robin. Additionally, an escalation queue ensures that any files flagged for further evaluation are reviewed by managers. DORA compliance chatbot
DORA is a specialized AI assistant designed to help users understand and navigate legal texts, particularly those related to digital operational resilience for the financial sector. It can find, query, summarize, and clarify specific articles or sections from complex legal documents. The chatbot is tailored to provide easy-to-understand extractions and summaries of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) regulation based on specific query provided by the user. This chatbot is not a substitute for legal advice from a professional, and is available for general informational purposes.

- Straight-through processing: Our straight-through processing feature, now enabled by default, ensures that documents without validation errors move downstream automatically. Only those that need manual review will be flagged, enhancing efficiency across your workflow.
- Table fields with confidence scores: Confidence scores are now supported for table fields, allowing you to set validations on tables based on how confidently the data was extracted. This feature enhances accuracy and provides more control over table-based data.
- Support for larger, more complex Excel files: With increased support for larger and more complex Excel files, AI Hub can now handle files with over fifty columns, one thousand rows, and sizes up to 10MB. This update broadens the range of documents you can process, providing greater flexibility for handling detailed datasets.
- Conversation memory in Converse & Chatbots: Converse and Chatbots now support conversation memory across prompts. The system retains the context of your previous three queries and their responses, making follow-up questions smoother and more contextually accurate. This means your interactions will be more fluid, even as conversations grow more complex.
