The Converse API and SDK now support multi-document queries, so you can deliver more intelligent chat and document analysis apps. Upload documents and create new conversations in real time, then query across the entire data set, all within your own tools.

- Form Extraction: Data extraction from forms and other structured documents has improved with up to 18% increase in accuracy.
- Service Accounts: Service accounts can be created to handle programmatic interactions without tying activities to specific users.
- Accuracy Testing Upgrades: Ground truth datasets for accuracy testing now support additional global and field-specific rules, allowing users to fine-tune their benchmarks.
- Batch Processing: AI Hub now supports processing up to 1,000 files in a single run, improving efficiency for large-scale projects.
